Delivery Timeframes


What days do you offer delivery?

We deliver from Tuesday to Friday, between 8:00am and 4:00pm.


How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 3 working days, provided they are placed before 3:00pm. After processing, your parcel will be collected by APC Overnight the day before your chosen delivery date. You’ll receive tracking updates and a more precise delivery window via email on the day of delivery.


Do you offer same-day or next-day delivery?

Next-day delivery may be available depending on stock availability and your delivery address. If applicable, we’ll contact you and offer this option at no extra cost.


Can I choose a specific delivery date or time?

Yes, you can select your preferred delivery date using the delivery date picker during checkout. Please note: a specific timeslot cannot be chosen, but our courier APC Overnight aims to deliver by 4:00pm.

 
In-Store Pickup


Do you offer in-store pickup?

Yes! We offer free local pickup from our shop. Just select “Local Pickup” at checkout.

Note: Orders must be placed before 12:00pm to be ready for next-day collection.

 
Shipping Locations


Do you deliver internationally?

No, international delivery is not currently available.


Which countries or regions do you ship to?

We deliver to mainland England, Scotland, and Wales.

 
Shipping Costs


How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates are as follows:

- England & Wales: £9.00

- Scottish Mainland: £21.00

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your address.

 
Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Free delivery is available on all orders over £75.00 to customers in England.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email with tracking updates from our courier, APC Overnight.

Delivery Changes & Issues


Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?

If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible at shop@grappellideli.com or 020 7223 9917.

What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please get in touch with us via email or phone and we’ll investigate the issue promptly.


What happens if I’m not home when the delivery arrives?

If you're not home at the time of delivery and have provided a safe place in your order notes, the courier will leave your parcel there. If no safe place is provided, the courier will re-attempt delivery the next working day.


My package arrived damaged—what should I do?

If your parcel arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible. If you can, include photos—this helps us resolve the issue quickly.


What if part of my order is missing?

If any items are missing from your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.
