Our Ventricina Salami is made in the traditional Abruzzese–Molisan style, using selected cuts of pork seasoned with spicy chilli, sweet paprika, garlic, and natural herbs. Coarse-ground and slow-cured, it develops a deep, robust flavour with a gentle heat and a rich, vibrant colour.
